Appointment Cancellation Policy

There are a finite number of appointments available each day. Our experience throughout the pandemic has been having a fully-booked schedule, sometimes for weeks on end. Needless to say, the demand for appointments is high. A non-refundable deposit may be collected to reserve your pet’s appointment. Should you end up not needing to bring your pet in for any reason, kindly give 24-hours notice so that we can schedule other patients during that time. A fee may be incurred for late cancellations and no-shows.
